These Payment Terms apply to purchases made through https://unrushen.com, operated by Zhengzhou Qunxi Trading Co., Ltd. Unrushen is the store brand operated by that company.
Please read these terms together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

If we cannot fulfill an order for which payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded as required by law.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. If that method cannot receive a refund, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative consistent with applicable requirements.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within any applicable legal deadline. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post an issued refund.
